I need to apologize to you.  I just tried it on my Apple TV and low and behold, 
the triple click does not work on my unit anymore.  I don't know when this 
option was changed but the last time I had to turn Voice Over on, it was 
working just fine.  I sure hope that they will give this option back in a 
future update because it was a very useful feature.
