If you get an e-mail like I just did with a lot of contact information in it like name, address, etc., besides whipping out one's iPhone like I just did, what is the easiest way to tell the Mac to put into your contacts list so that it will go to your iPhone? I told the computer to add the sender to the address book, but I don't know if that's the same thing.
