You bet there sure is and I'm going to tell you exactly how to turn it on. So, you open the VO utility, select Commanders, select Quick Nav, and check the box that says Enable single-key webpage navigation when using Quick Nav. Once you check this option you will have what your looking for. Now I'd like to make another suggestion. YOu make use of the ACtivities feature if you have not implemented this and setup one for apps such as Safari etc. This way you will not have this option on all the time should you choose to use quick nav in other areas. Remember that once you activate this Enable single-key webpage navigation when using Quick Nav feature, you will have to turn quick nav off to enter text.
