VoiceOver has it's limitation. It can only read certain file types, i.e. .txt, .rtf, .pdf and .doc. I have things in . pub format which I also would like to read, but cannot. The only suggestion I have is to try to save it in one of these formats and maybe it will be able to be read by VoiceOver.
