I installed boot camp, Windows 7, on an IMac with Lion and boot camp 4. and found it nothing but a hassle with regards to both the keyboard and magic trackpad. Despite the fact that the wireless keyboard and trackpad worked for a sighted person during the actual windows install as soon as the boot camp windows windows both the trackpad and the bluetooth keyboard refused to work. The only immediate resolution is to plug in USB devices. Plugging in a normal windows keyboard caused key difficulties and only an apple usb keyboard gave any real functionality. . Researching this on Google it appears that if you have your keyboard initially paired with the Mac it will be invisible to windows when it start-up form the partition. No amount of bluetooth management will resolve this according to what I read on Google searches. What you do is restart in Mac mode. Un-pair your bluetooth keyboard and trackpad devices and restart into windows. Now your devices will be visible for Windows to windows to pair with. Now apparently you can go back into the mac side and pair your keyboard and trackpad again. This time, doing it this way around you can have your wireless devices available to both windows and the Mac. I am using Boot Camp 4 on Lion. In the event I could not be bothered with this and used Fusion instead which has no difficulty with using the wireless keyboard and mouse in Windows virtual machines. The folks at Apple obviously do not really have their heart in letting Macs be used for windows.
