Hi, Yes, you can export a podcast list if you open iTunes and interact with the Source list, focus on Podcasts and press control-option-shift-M. In the menu that appear, you will find Export as an option. In the Save dialog that appear when you choose Export, you will find a pop-up menu with several format options. Use this Exported file either to share it with a friend, or mail it to your iPHone or iPod Touch, to import it to Downcast or any other great podcast app.
