I use a Focus 40 Blue, and there are many fewer commands assigned for it in Lion than there were in SL. Also, it seems to be impossible to add more Braille keystrokes for the Braille display. It's usable for reading, but not for editing. This is already a known issue; Apple developers are aware of it.
I think it just may be a matter of replacing drivers. Anyhow, I'll take the lack of Braille functionality over VO constantly losing its settings any day.
