Hi Guys. I was reluctant to comment about this because I hope I'm saying something useful to those of you out there who are reading money other than U.S. dollars. I say that because I don't have other types of money handy to check out. However, I decided to update the program, and here's what I discovered--comparing its performance to that it did before the update. Maybe this observation will help you guys since I used the program a lot before updating.
First, I found that I needed to make sure I had the money close to the camera and held still. The program is slower than it was before, even on U.S. money. I had to wait about four or five seconds holding the money still and close to get it to work. Then, it worked just as well on the U.S. money as it did before. VoiceOver is doing the speaking now instead of the little soft voice that was there before. I think the slowness has to do with the program figuring out what kind of money you have.
