Simplist way? Okay. Use Option+return. Want another way? Okay. Focus on the file and then press VO+shift+m and then from the short cut menu, choose download linked file as or something like that. My experience is that sometimes, the short cut menu will not always give you that option; so, I'd go with Option+return.
