Last I checked Microsoft had still not released the algorithms, source code or compiled codecs for their proprietary DRM for any platform other than Windows. Unless Microsoft changes this position there will be no way for any other platform to decode their encryption, short of some hacker cracking it and providing the tools for others to do the same.
