Hi Sun shine,
Ricardo Walker knows how to do this. He did a podcast on creating a lion 
bootable usb stick. I created one for myself, and I remember it was something 
with control click, but I don't remember anymore how that worked. You can be 
sure that it can be done though. Hope Ricardo will be so kind to chime in to 
give the url of that podcast?
