I had the same problem and had to do this three times. How I resolved it at the 
time was to restart the mac go to the App store to the down load tab and 
interact with the table and select what I wanted and tab to the install button 
and it installed. However, at the time my instalation of Lion did not install 
too wel so when I bought my Usb key from the Apple Store, I did a fresh install.
