Hi John Sanfilippo,
This is interesting. I thought that, when quitting text edit, you should always 
do a command s, to make sure that the latest changes are saved into the file. 
What is the difference between saving a version with command s, or quitting 
text edit and hoping the last changes are indeed in the file you were editing?
