Hi,

If scanning in other languages is really a show stopper then I guess DocuScan 
Plus is not for you. I am convinced, however, that it is the best solution for 
english at the present time on the Mac. I encourage you to take advantage of 
their free trial and see what you think.

I use DocuScan Plus with the HoverCam which is a portable camera that works 
really well.
