I share the below as I realize some here may be running their mac in a virtual setup with Linux. Not to mention some might want to chip in and see how this tool might be expanded, perhaps for mac use.

a tool to read aloud eBooks using espeak.
There are still bugs in it, but I'm working hard on it.
It is licenced under the terms of the GNU General Public License.

Currently only the EPUB format is supported.
