Hi Tracie. I had this happen to me. I almost went crazy with my e-mail. The new update seems VoiceOver behave better. 1@ cut my computer down, closing all the windows. Then I went into full screen. Sometimes I have found it shows me things I didn't find before. Now I have my mailbox list where I can go down it and use command-x to move files if I need to. I don't understand it, but sometimes full screen gets me things I trouble getting to before.
