It's the standard command O.  This will bring up the open file dialog that you 
are used to.  If you press enter on a folder it will load the entire folder as 
a playlist and start playing the first file in the list.  Far more efficient 
than ITunes especially if you press command S and save the playlist so you can 
just open it from Finder and not even have to worry about the open file dialog.
