Good luck with that one!  I have tried, with no luck.  You can get to those
various things you mentioned by just hitting windows key B.  This will bring
things up in your system tray, and your time and date are in this list also.

Dear helpful VM user listers,

        Thanks to Paul and others I'm making great progress with VM Fusion.
I'll do my best to give back to others in the future!

        I'm hoping that someone can let me know how to have the Function
keys F 10, 11 , and 12 act as expected in Windows with JAWS.  I try to use
them to do things like bring up the system menu or tell me the time and
instead they are doing things like bringing up the dashboard widget.  this
happens regardless if Voice Over is on or off. 

I have also tried to hold down the function key but this didn't bring the
expected behavior.  Any tips would be appreciated.
