Hi, as far as I'm aware the problem still exists. But, it doesn't even matter if you did the work around to get to the dropbox icon in the status menu since the settings window isn't even visible to voiceover. Darcy Bernard posted a way around this but I can't remember it for the life of me. You might be able to find it in the archives.
