I've seen that option in the rotor, yes. I also just assigned it to u/shift-u under single-key navigation in quik nav. It had some trouble at first, but I think it is working properly now. Restarting vo would probably have helped. Unfortunately, you can't define the size of the text chunk to use as the static text size, and I think its definition is far too small.
