it is starting to, yes. I get busy problems on a lot of sites lately. in fact, the problem really started in 10.6.2 and has gotten worse with time. the last 3 weeks have been a major exercise in frustration with safari and mail both behaving in a manner inconsistent with the usual quality that apple produces. mail stutters when reading the mail headers and then doesn't delete them when instructed.
believe me, I don't want to go back to windows if I can avoid it. -Eric On Aug 14, 2011, at 10:50 AM, Dan Roy wrote: > Why would you go back to windows, is Safari giving you that many problems? > > > On Aug 14, 2011, at 12:54 AM, Eric Oyen wrote: > >> well, >> I wanted to try out google chrome today and couldn't even get past the >> select a search engine interface. all it presented me with was 3 images and >> 3 unlabeled buttons. also, I couldn't use any of the web item rotor controls >> and even command Q would not terminate the application. so, unless anyone >> has some suggestions on how I can use chrome, I guess I am still stuck with >> safari. >> >> I really hate the thought of going back to windows after spending a year in >> OS X.
