Hello Chris. I already tried this and it doesn't work. VO just makes the sound it makes when we can't do something.

It's annoying I know, but that's what you have to do. Apple kind a broke the accessibility slightly in that area in ITunes 10.4. Same goes with the sources list. You have to interact, then vo+up and down in order to hear things as you move. It's downright annoying, but for now it's what we have.
