Hello Donna, Assuming that you're already navigating through the different headers with VO + arrow keys, do this:
VO right arrow until VO reads the address you want (typically it spells it character by character). Then VO left arrow once. Now the context menu should show properly. It seems that in Lion the context menu only shows if the cursor is immediately before the address, so you need to do this little dance with the arrow keys.
