The only thing I have complained to customer service about is a problem I was having with ITunes, and I politely let them know that I didn't like the way that VO navigates the screen; everything is out of place and less convenient, The layout looks the same to a sighted user, but not to Vo. plus I was having sluggishness. The latter was because I didn't have enough memory, and my poor computer couldn't handle the music browser. Yes, I don't always handle change well, but I can assure you that I haven't complained about anything else to CS though I have times when VO won't wake up with my computer and it is hard to start it, both with my old Mini with 2 gigs, and my brand new one with 5 gigs of Ram. I'll live with it, no problem. Sorry if I complain too much, I simply replied to a bad thread, and I know that there are some of those. I'll shut up now. Alex is the best voice ever, and I love my Mac.
