Chris,
All things being equal, there is no need to remove or change your general
configuration for your mail client just because you are changing Internet
service providers.

There are some definite exceptions to this, however; for example, were you
to change from a cable provider to a DSL or, in some cases, from one
satellite provider to another. More often than not, the change would
require a modification of your SMTP settings, only.

I suggest that:

1.
Before you change providers, go to the web and review the recommended
internet/mail client settings for the new provider. Write these down
somewhere and have them close at hand should any modifications be necessary.

2.
Immediately after the new provider goes live on your system, attempt to send
and receive messages from all your email accounts.

Good Luck,

Mark

Subject: Changing Internet Providers

Hi there,

I am changing Internet providers and wondered if I needed to delete
mailboxes such as the Mac Cast and Lioncourt.com then put them back when I
have the new provider?

Thanks for any answers.

Chris
