Another way this could be accomplished is: place folders in your favorites bar, once you have them in the order you want make sure you know the exact order. Once you know the correct order, go to the message you want to move, hit command control plus the corresponding mailbox where you want the message moved, and it will move it, it will even announce what folder it has been moved too.
