I'm sure a company as clever as Apple would be able to find a way of making 
sure that they were! Not everybody would want to do it anyway, and how is this 
any different from ensuring non VO users are sufficiently expert? Come on, 
we're in the real world with Apple, not the blind world where business and 
recruitment isn't exactly a strong point!
