Mary,

Lion installed with iTunes 10.3.  10.4 sadly came in via a system update, so 
you could be selective.  I don't know whether the app store would refresh files 
so as to quoianside with software updates. Since Lion just came out I doubt 
they altered the install package to include the iTunes update this quickly (if 
they would even follow this practice at all).
