Yes, I highly recommend a permission repair after install. I did so today,
and was surprised at just how many errors were caught and fixed. As far as
Mail goes, I have had no problems completing recipient addresses the same
way I always did in SL. I can't comment on the Item Chooser situation,
seeing as I never use it.
