What's the difference in this example from command+V vs. command+option! +V?
I guess with the option key it moves, whereas without it, it could just
paste, doing a copy?
I've grown to like Moveaddict so much... but I'm happy to uninstall it,
provided you all can promise me this other way consistently works every time
flawlessly.

To move files or folders in the Finder, just select what you want, press
Cmd-c then use VO to go to where you want to put them and press
Cmd-Option-v.
