Two reasons:

1. One of the routers is an ADSL modem/router, so I obviously need the modem functionality.

2.  I already had the other router, so no need to buy any extra hardware.

I had 6 devices and two 4-port routers and it's solved the situation nicely ... until I need another ethernet port.
