Hi Robert: when you have Safari open just do a VO-m to bring up the menu, right arrow once to get on the Safari menu, arrow down until you see click to flash, right arrow to open the sub menu then you can access the preferences. I must admit I'm not having great success with this app either. I never tried listening to Audible samples with it though.
