Hi William, Two things to note.
First, you need to use the Airport Utility app to connect to your Airport Express that has the printer attached. The initial creation of the printer share is handled within the Airport Utility. After completion of this setup, you'll need to update the Express which will require clicking on the Update button and subsequently a restart of the Express. Second, you do not need to use the IP address to connect to the shared printer. When in the Print & Fax System Preference, click on the Add printer button and a new dialog will appear. Next you'll need to Interact with the Toolbar and press on the Default Browser item. Once you have done this, you can Stop Interacting with the Toolbar and then navigate to the Table where all the available printers are listed. Your new printer will appear within that Table. The only time you can use the IP Address is if you've set up your printer with a specific IP address which you would have needed to do at the printer itself or with some sort of printer utility app that allows you to connect and set it up remotely.
