Hi Linda! OK from what you wrote all I can do is tell you how I do it! [I wanted to change my Safari key anyway] You've got to the applications part OK so when I get there I find the file field and then locate Skype then stop interacting with the file field and then vo arrow right to the open default button and vo space on it and then I'm done!
