Would anyone happen to know how to prevent this app to
automatically download tweets as they come to the timeline? Could
I have new tweets downloaded every three minutes or so? It gets
annoying when VO interrupts my tweets as I'm reading them with
"One row added".

There is no need to interact with the table. Just use keys J and
K to move thru the tweets when VO is focused on the table. Key L
will open a link if it is in the tweet.
