Ester, I'm not even at that step. It's the compartment door I'm referring to. It is sticking in the center and I can't seem to get it loosened up.
In the center there seems to be a very small item loosely moving in and out when I move my fingers over the area, but can't figure if it's something which requires a pen or paperclip to press it in. It's definitely not another screw.
