In Safari, press shift command L then use command a to select and command c to 
copy to the clipboard.
Your second question is a little trickier, but in general, command left and 
right arrow act as Home and End. Command up and down arrow are beginning and 
end of document in editing applications, but the best approach may be to set 
VoiceOver with command keys that go to the beginning or end of the current 
item. This makes it work with lists and other controls.
FN+Option+Up and Down arrows act like page up and page down.
