There is Docuscan from Serotek.  Also, I believe that the Eye-Pal has a
version for the Mac.

Kurzweil 1000 does not work on the Mac!
Some people use vuscan and abbie fine reader either just one or both
depending on the scanner!
Also there is something else but I cannot remember it's name!
