Hi Christine and Zacchary: I've had these things happen as well. They sure seem to be related to specific websites. My fix for the password not appearing where I try to type it has been to try interacting with the area, and if that doesn't work, restarting VO with command f5. There are some websites that occasionally kick me out totally. These I try to report to accessibility team in case they are trying to pinpoint that issue.
