Can't help you much witht he keyboard thing, personally I prefer wired 
keyboards, not as convenient, but more reliable. The first time you open 
itunes, it will offer to scan for content to add to your library. 
Alternatively, you can choose the open item in the file menu and find content 
that way. Also, if itunes is your default player, simply opening media files 
will also add them to your library.
