Your message was not clear when I initially read it. However, if you are a developer, you have access to a lot of resources from Apple for getting help installing developer builds. I am a beta tester and I have no problem finding the proper resources. However the NDA you signed of course does not allow you to discuss any aspects of Lion really, so you are correct there.
