Hi all I got a ipod from someone, it's not completely new but they didn't like it so now I have it, I don't know ipods that well so don't know exactly what moddel it is I just know that it is kind of small almost like a smallish phone and its capasity is 7.33 GB or something like that. Anyway I'm trying to update its software through itunes but for some reason the software doesn't want to download. I click update, then click accept at the disclamer, then it tells me that it's downloading the voiceover kit but after a few minuts it stops and just says error downloading please try again. I've tried this for a few days now and a couple of times per day. help please...
