Once you enter the dial pad, you will notice that the virtual keypad is layed out like a touch tone phone keypad. You just navigate to the digits you wish to press and use VO+space to press them. I have noticed, however, that with the latest versions of Skype, touch tones to seem to be lingering quite long when pressed; and, I have recently had issues calling my own land line. I believe that Skype has made some changes which adversly effect the use of the dialpad.
