Hi Lynn,

Yes, I did close the program and then reopened it again and I was thanked for 
activating it.  First, I click on Start, then go to the internet and find the 
file I want and download it.  It only seems to download a little bit of the 
file over and over again.  I have to abort the operation.  Other then that, 
whatwas there, sounded perfectly fine.
