The steps you've listed create much more work for this task than truly necessary.
1. From the file menu, focus on "new group". 2. Turn Voice OVer off. 3. Press return. 4. Name the group. 5. Press return. 6. Turn Voice OVer back on. That's it. To rename a group, 1. Find the group in the group table. 2. Turn Voice OVer off. 3. Press return. 4. Rename the group. 5. Press return. 6. Turn Voice OVer back on. HTH. Sincerely, The Constantly Barefooted Ray!!!
