Hi listers: I am amazed at the simplicity of my Mac.
I have a Cannon MX 320 printer/scanner. When I first connected to my Windows PC, I had to install this driver disk which required mousing around just to get it installed and it took several minutes just to install. When I plugged the thing into this Mac Mini, all I had to do was hit "Print" and away it went. What about the scanner portion? I tried using it with Openbook, but, it didn't seem to see it. I'm running VMWare Fusion. Do I need to connect the device directly and use the driver disk for the scanner? Thanks! Currently running headless!
