It is only for WIndows, but Fusion isn't too hard to set up. I use it for a Windows only program every now and then. Besides, those of us who own macs generally own a PC as well or have some sort of access to Windows.
At any rate, I hope you are able to find a suitable alternative to Cydia until the accessible update is released.
