Hi Brett. When I VO right, I am taken to the next name in the contact list.
I am opening address book, tabbing twice to name, typing in the name, arrowing down if there is more than one choice i.e. I have 4 people named Judy, then bo right just takes me to the next name. it does not pull up the contact info area with which I know I need to interact.
