First, you need to show either the track editer, or track info, I
can't remember which, but it's dead easy LOL, so go figure it out for
yourself! :P

When you've done that, interact with the window, above the checkbox
for loop browser (bottom of the window). In there, you'll (at some
point), find the word pitch. When you find that, either voiceover
right arrow a few times to the slider, or voiceover down arrow once to
the slider, then interract with it, and change it. 0 is off, 100% is
full.
