Hi.

I was just at a MacShop the other day and bought more RAM (DDR3 variety) for my
MacBook which I purchased two years ago. I currently have 2 GB of memory and
will soon have 4 GB.

I am wondering If I need to make any changes to Snow Leopard prior or after
installing the new RAM. Will my system just boot up normally, or do I need to
make other changes? I also have VMWare Fusion and would like to allocate more
memory for XP, once the new memory has been installed. Is this a
straightforward process or will I need to re-install Windows XP under VMWare
fusion?

Many thanks,

Mike
